Dell Technologies Race to Refresh Sales League Terms and Conditions

 1. Acceptance of terms:

The Dell Technologies Race to Refresh Sales League Incentive (“Incentive”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Incentive Terms"). 

By participating in the Incentive, User agrees to be bound by these Incentive Terms and any documents and rules referred to herein.  Throughout these Incentive Terms, you will be referred as a “you” or “User”.

 We recommend that you keep a copy of these Incentive Terms for future reference.

 This Incentive is open for entry to selected Dell Technologies Sales Teams in the following countries (“Eligible Countries”) and segment:

All EMEA countries 

Segments: SB, MB, Enterprise, Public, “Others” for non-segmented countries (consumer customers excluded)

2. Definitions:

For the purposes of these Incentive Terms, the following definitions apply:

 “Incentive Period” means the validity period of this Incentive, which begins November 04th 2024 to January 31st 2025 (weeks 1-13), during which the user will comply with these Incentive Terms and meet the criteria to participate in the Incentive.

 “User” means an employee(s) of Dell Technology who participates in the Competition. 

 “Personal Data” shall mean any personal information relating to the user allowing to identify such person directly or indirectly.

  “Website” means Sales League

 “Products in scope” for this incentive are:

Dell Core Client portfolio products with Windows 11 OS

3. Eligibility:

The Incentive is open to core ISRs registered with a valid Dell badge number to the website across the above-mentioned countries during the incentive period.

The incentive is a Dell internal program and only open to Dell employees.

 4. Description and conditions of the Incentive:

The Incentive is intended to recognize users who participate in the Incentive during the Incentive Period.   

A participating link will be provided via your corporate email address.

To participate in the Incentive, the user will register to the Sales League platform, using their Dell email addresses, adding their badge ID to the registration page

The incentive consists of 2 modules, “Proof your Skills” and “Perform”. 

Within the “Proof your Skills” module the goal is to successfully answer questions in the quizzes. 80% of good answer if enough to succeed quizzes.

Right and wrong answers will be marked in the results overview, the user has the chance to re-do the questions to answer all questions correctly (max. 3 times). If failed, no badge allocated.

Within the “Perform” module the goal is to be best performers in sales for the products in scope on accounts in scope. 

Your personal and also team achievement will be displayed in the incentive overview section of the website, as well as in the leaderboard on the website. The data for the “Proof of Skills” module will be weekly on the website. The achievement on the “Perform” module is based on a weekly uploaded report provided by the Dell team. There is no need for the user to provide additional reporting. 

 

5. Incentive details

Incentive period: November 4th 2024 to January 31st 205 (weeks 1-13)

Individual Incentive 

Segments: SB + MB + Enterprise + PUB + OTHERS (for not segmented sales)

How to gain points: 

1. Prove your Skills* - Pass quiz: 10 questions per topic.  10 points per question. 80% threshold to pass each quiz and get the associated badge.

The “Prove your Skills” accumulated points, will be attributed only if there is a sales of min 1 unit

2. Perform - Book Dell Client portfolio products with Windows 11 OS on any of the account or sub-account part of the PC refresh Accounts universe:

•     > 80% Follow Up on FY25Q4 PC Refresh Account plays execution (FY25Q4-EMEA-MUL-CSG-RNW-Refresh) by end of wk07 (20th of Dec 2024)= 2 points per AP 

•     PC Refresh accounts with client quote created in FY25Q4 = 5 points per Account.

•     PC Refresh accounts with client Opportunity created in FY25Q4 = 8 points per Account

•     PC refresh account with client booked deal in FY25Q4 >$1,500USD = 10 points per Account

•     DnCP revenue >10% total client deal revenue deal created in FY25Q4 = extra 5pts per Account All points gathered will be visible in the Sales League on a weekly basis (by Tuesday COB) 

Points will be cumulated at Account level. Multiple ISRs assigned to the accounts or multiple quotes/deals to the same account will not give additional extra points on top of the ones already accrued for this account.

Eligible products: 

Dell Client portfolio products with Windows 11 OS 
DnCP portfolio products including Displays and CP. It excludes Docks and Other Peripherals.
Winners = best performers sales can win as below: 

1-      Team competition for all EMEA

Best performing team per number of cumulated points per ISR

 

 

ü  All sales will compete within their respective team within their leagues : example UK MB Sales will compete in the UK league with SB UK sales, Ent UK sales etc… 

ü  Team Building Activity: ISRs, but also mapped AEs and CSG specialists to be invited too.

2-      Individual competition for EMEA Excluding France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Top best performers per league per number of cumulated points 

 

 

ü  All sales will compete within their respective team within their leagues : example UK MB Sales will compete in the UK league with SB UK sales, Ent UK sales etc… 

ü  Please note the cash prize(s) may be subject to tax, which will be processed in accordance with local regulation.

 

6.Additional information 

Award: digital vouchers

All monetary are subject to local taxes - Tax and social security liabilities will be managed centrally

 

7. Announcement of the winners:

7.1 The winning users will receive a confirmation by email.

7.2 The prizes will be provided on an electronic way via email 

There is no cash alternative. Incentive Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. Dell Technologies may substitute the Incentive Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available. Prizes not manufactured by Dell Technologies will be awarded without warranty of any kind, express or implied, without limitation. Incentive Prizes are not to be used for resale.

8. Data Protection:

All Personal Data collected for the purpose of the Incentive will be used for the sole purpose of administrating and executing this Incentive. 

 9.  Limitation of Liability:

You acknowledge that your participation in the Incentive is strictly voluntary and is not required by Dell Technologies as a condition for purchasing products or services from Dell Technologies nor does it impact your status in any way.

10.  Termination; Survival:

10.1 You may withdraw from the Incentive without penalty at any time by notifying Dell Technologies Sales Management in writing.   If you withdraw prior to the end of the Incentive, then Dell Technologies is not liable or obligated to provide any prize or incentive to you. 

10.2 Dell Technologies Sales Management may remove you from the Incentive at any time, without notice, if you do not comply with these Incentive Terms. 

10.3 Dell Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Incentive without any prior notice and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason.

10.4 If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole recourse is to withdraw from the Incentive by contacting your sales Manager. If you continue to participate in the Incentive or accept the Incentive Prize, it will constitute your binding acceptance of the modification.  You may not assign these Incentive Terms to any third party.  

10.5 If any provision of these Incentive Terms is void or unenforceable, the parties agree to delete it and agree that the remainder will continue to be effective. All provisions which by their nature are intended to survive the termination of the Incentive Terms shall survive.
